Come join visiting international dance artist Maura García in an experiential, movement-based workshop in the Moberly Medicinal Herb Garden. Participants will learn techiques to interpret, understand and explore the gardens through dance.
Maura García is a dancer, choreographer and artistic director of Maura Garcia Dance (MGD). García (non-enrolled Cherokee/Mattamuskeet) founded MGD to uplift Indigenous cultural values, to form connections and to explore the rhythms of the natural world.
