Join us for an evening of Indigenous art, music, dancing, and storytelling with Ki-Shuar shaman Flavio Santi (Ayuy Yu), Kichwa beadwork artist Beatriz Caiza, Shuar dancers Miriam and Kelly Cunambe, and Columbian musician John Gonzalez. Suggested donation of $25 will go directly to the protection of ancestral territories in the Ecuadorian Amazon. We will be serving snacks and wayusa tea cultivated by Flavio’s family in Pastaza, Ecuador. Bring the whole family !

5:30 – 7:45 pm Amazonian beading workshop with artist Beatriz Caiza. Beatriz will demonstrate her Kichwa beading methods and share ancestral myths. (Option to make your own beaded bracelet to take home for $50, first come first served)
