Beginning on Monday September 12! Move, Groove, and Improve is a program focussed on active aging and well-being. Participants will engage in physical activities, such as chair yoga. Instruction is provided in Punjabi and English. Classes take place on Mondays and Thursdays from 10:30am-11:30am.
