Beginning on Monday April 8th! Chair Yoga: Move, Groove, and Improve is a free program focussed on active aging and well-being. Participants will engage in physical activities, such as chair yoga. Instruction is provided in Punjabi and English. No class on Monday, February 19th due to Family Day.
